Ana Carballo
Secretary
Ana was born in Zacatecas, Mexico, grew up in California. Been in Knoxville since 1996. She is a cradle Catholic married for 37 years and has three children and two amazing grandchildren.
Ana has been a parishioner of OLOF since 2020 after moving to Maryville. This ministry has provided her the opportunity to fulfill a lifelong desire to use her cultural background and language skills to better serve Christ.
Christy Lee
Director of Music & Liturgy
Christy Lee continues to lead a diverse career as a pianist, organist, chamber musician, vocal coach, conductor, educator and church musician. She has held academic posts at Mississippi State University, Maryville College, the College of The Bahamas and the University of Tennessee. She has been an active performer with many arts organizations in the area including the Knoxville Symphony Orchestra, the Knoxville Opera Company, Marble City Opera and the Tennessee Valley Players.
She holds degrees from Florida State University, the Cleveland Institute of Music, and the University of Alabama. Originally from Starkville, Mississippi, she returned to East Tennessee in the summer of 2022 to join the staff of Our Lady of Fatima.
Dave Prugh
Business Manager & Bookkeeper
Dave joined the staff of Our Lady of Fatima in early 2019 as Business Manager. This was an opportunity to give something back to OLOF after years of membership without the time to contribute as he would have liked.
Dave has a bachelor’s in accounting and finance from Indiana University and a master’s in accounting from Bristol University. Over the course of his career he has worked for companies both large and small, for profit and non-profit.
Dave and his wife Becky have lived in Blount County for almost thirty years after moving here from Indiana on a job transfer. They currently have three children and six grandchildren who live in the area.
Dave also serves OLOF as an usher and he and Becky are part of the coffee and donut team after Sunday morning 8:30 mass.

Luis Ramos
Administrative Assistant & Coordinator of High School & Young Adult Ministry
Luis is a native of Veracruz, Mexico. He has lived in East Tennessee since 2000.
A product of the Youth Ministry Program, Luis began working at OLOF in 2012.
Among his duties, Luis works with the various media and communication platforms of our parish as well as does our parish event scheduling. In his role in Youth Ministry, he coordinates our High School Ministry Program & the Fellowship of Young Adults (FOYA) Program.
Luis completed the Diocese of Knoxville Catechetical Formation Program through Aquinas College to fulfill certification requirements as a Certified Catechist.
In his free time Luis enjoys learning, reading, spending time with his dog – Toby, and art.

Jessica O'Boyle
Director of Religious Education
Jessica is originally from Middlesboro, Kentucky. She obtained her Bachelor’s in Special Education (K-12) from Eastern Kentucky University. She received her Masters of Arts in Teaching and her Elementary certification (P-5) from the University of the Cumberlands.
Jessica has taught Pre-K – 3rd grades in both public and Catholic schools. She has been involved in Faith Formation ministries for 15 years.
In her spare time, Jessica loves to read and watch movies.
Jessica, her husband, and their four daughters currently reside in Maryville, TN.
