To use the parish facilities and schedule your event on our parish calendar, please see the process below:

Approved OLOF Ministries:

Room Requests must be filled out at least 2 weeks (14 days) prior to your event. Room requests will be processed within three business days and you will receive an email confirmation via the email provided to us below. If any additional forms are required from you, you will receive them in your confirmation email.

  • Step 1: Review the Event & Facility Usage Policy.
  • Step 2: Review availability on the Parish Calendar of Events online.
  • Step 3: Fill out your Event Room Request Form (Below) 14 days prior to your event.
  • Step 4: Return any necessary additional forms: Serve Alcohol Permission Requests, Agreement Forms, Liability Insurance Certificates, & Deposits/Fees, if applicable.

Private Events & Community Organizations:

I.e. Birthday parties, babyshowers, wedding receptions, family reunions, etc.
All events are subject to availability, parish functions, and pastoral approval.

  • Step 1: Review the Event & Facility Usage Policy.
  • Step 2: Review the Facility Usage Fee Structure outlined in the Event & Facility Usage Policy.
  • Step 3: Review availability on the Parish Calendar of Events online.
  • Step 4: Fill out your Facilities Usage Request Form (Below) 14 days prior to your event. Note: Some private events & receptions require 30-60 days advance notice, please see Event & Facility Usage Policy.
  • Step 5: Return all necessary additional forms: Serve Alcohol Permission Requests, Agreement Forms, Liability Insurance Certificate, & Deposits/Fees.
