Facilities Manager (Full-Time)

Our Lady of Fatima (OLOF) is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and management of our buildings and grounds. This full-time position includes some seasonal events that require flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform and coordinate repairs and maintenance for buildings and grounds.
  • Works with custodial staff and contractors.
  • Maintain building systems and ensure they operate efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and assist with inspections.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience (5 years preferred).
  • Proficiency with a variety of tools and knowledge of safety guidelines.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights up to 40 feet.
