Facilities Manager (Full-Time)
Our Lady of Fatima (OLOF) is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and management of our buildings and grounds. This full-time position includes some seasonal events that require flexible hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and coordinate repairs and maintenance for buildings and grounds.
- Works with custodial staff and contractors.
- Maintain building systems and ensure they operate efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and assist with inspections.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience (5 years preferred).
- Proficiency with a variety of tools and knowledge of safety guidelines.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights up to 40 feet.
